Finding the Right Customer

Organizing Production

Creating Interview Questions

  • Developed strategic questions to draw out compelling soundbites.

Conducting the On-site Interview

  • Led the customer conversation to capture genuine and impactful responses.

Post-Production & Storyboarding

  • Reviewed the full interview transcript to extract the most compelling quotes.

  • Crafted a structured storyboard to shape the core video, the Mitchell 1 version, and the ad cuts.

  • Provided clear direction to the videographer to ensure the final videos aligned with messaging goals.
