Project Background

Goals

  • Cater a customer testimonial to the "late majority" who are hesitant to modernize their shop.

  • Step outside of the standard testimonial video that simply covers the customer's challenge and the solution (Shopmonkey); Focus on telling a "why digital" story in addition to "why Shopmonkey."

Deliverables

  • 90 second customer testimonial video

  • 15 and 30 second version to be used for paid ads

Creative Process

  • Preparing the on-site team: Equipped a teammate to perform the on-site interview.

  • Distilling the soundbites: Reviewed the entire interview transcript to pull the strongest quotes.

  • Storyboarding: Assembled the quotes into a storyboard to capture the desired narrative and sent them to the videographer for post-production.
