Project Background

Goals

  • Position PartsTech as a thought leader and trusted source of industry insights through a strategic webinar program.

  • Increase brand awareness by providing shops with free, valuable resources to help them up-level their operations and business.

  • Drive engagement and generate leads by delivering actionable content that helps shops tackle key industry challenges.

Creative Process

Identifying the Right Topics

  • Researched industry forums, articles, and expert insights to uncover the real questions shop owners need answers to.

  • Tested select topics with a preliminary blog post featuring the guest before committing to a webinar, helping to establish a working relationship with experts.

Expert Collaboration & Execution

  • Sourced and secured industry experts, including coaches and shop owners, to bring credibility and depth to each webinar discussion.

  • Built strong relationships with featured speakers to foster productive collaborations and repeat engagements.

  • Focused on structuring webinars to provide immediate, actionable insights, rather than broad discussions.

Promotion

  • Worked closely with Marketing Ops, Organic Social, and Partner Marketing teams to drive registrations and engagement.

  • Paired blog content with each webinar—where relevant—both before to introduce the topic and drive registrations, and after to extend engagement and create a long-tail impact. This helped repurpose expert insights and provide additional value beyond the live event.
