Creating Interview Questions
Developed a set of interview questions to strategically draw out the types of customer soundbites and quantifiable results necessary to showcase Shopmonkey benefits and features in written case studies and/or testimonial videos.
Determining Written Case Study Design
With the belief, "If it's not scannable, it's not readable," established a repeatable case study flow and worked with the creative design team to ensure all case studies were formatted/designed to draw eyes to the high-level challenges, solutions, and quantitative and qualitative results.
Developing Testimonial Video Process
Found a contract videographer and worked with Shopmonkey's Creative Director to standardize things such as:
Interview background selection and lighting.
Capturing B-roll that will enhance the story.
Music selection.
Interview execution
Performed the on-site video interview with Top Shop Auto using established interview questions.
Writing the Case Study (link)
Focused on featuring the hardest-hitting challenges that Top Shop Auto had before Shopmonkey and the strongest results since subscribing to Shopmonkey.

On-site Interview:
Made a real-time list of the customer's talking points that stood out during the interview.
Reviewed this list with the videographer and Shopmonkey's Creative Director immediately following the interview to instruct them on what B-roll would be required to enhance a rough storyboard.
Post-Production:
Sorted through video transcripts to select the best quotes and arrange them into the desired story flow to create one longer video for the Shopmonkey website and five short videos for organic social and paid ads.
